About the position

Do you want to help shape the future purchasing processes and drive digital development in an organization where responsibility, commitment, and a forward-looking attitude permeate everything we do? In this role, you will be a central part of developing our working methods, our systems, and our data-driven capabilities. You will be the link between the business needs and technical solutions – and have a great opportunity to influence and create real value. This role includes cross-functional work within the organization as well as at the corporate level.

Your main responsibilities

  • Superuser for SAP ERP and SAP BI in strategic purchasing
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft's BI and automation solutions
  • Train and support the organization in new and improved systems and processes
  • Actively monitor technological advancements in AI, automation, and machine learning
  • Participate in, and if necessary, drive projects in system and process development
  • Conduct data analysis and compilations that support business decisions
  • Work cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement efforts with significant responsibility

About you

To succeed in this role, you have a bachelor's degree in engineering and/or economics and 3–5 years of relevant experience. You have good knowledge of Microsoft's BI and automation products and are accustomed to working with system and process development both independently and in project form. You also have 1–3 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or later, either as a superuser or through work in similar business systems. The role involves international contacts, which means you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of programming, experience with integration flows such as EDI or API, as well as basic data modeling or SQL. Understanding material planning and logistics flows is also a plus and helps you quickly grasp our processes and challenges.

As a person, you are structured, organized, and analytical. You are confident in your role, pedagogical, and inclusive in dialogue with both users and technical specialists. You are self-driven and curious, take the initiative, and have a natural technical interest that makes you eager to explore new opportunities and improvements.

We offer

  • A varied job where you get the chance to develop alongside knowledgeable and engaged colleagues.
  • An environment with modern products that utilize a renewable energy source, thereby reducing the need for fossil energy.
  • Great opportunities to grow with the company based on your motivations.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes a bonus system, wellness allowance, occupational pension, and regular staff activities.
